Alsace and you in the most photogenic way

Alsace is a tiny region packed with beautiful landscapes and loads of history and traditions.

For this very first photo session, I have choosen as a background for your souvenirs one of the most symbolic regional constructions:

IT’S CHATEAUX FORTS

While traveling through Alsace, it is impossible not to notice the hills and mountains crowned with the ruins of medival fortified castles.

Built centuries ago, these castles once protected their lords, marked territories, and controlled the movement of goods and travelers across the region.

Today, each ruin tells its own story. Each one has its own architecture, its own character, and its own unique view over the Alsatian landscape.

Exploring these places feels like stepping back in time — and their timeless stone walls create a truly magical setting for your photos, beautifully framing memories you will keep forever.

How does the session work

Depending on where you will be based (Strasbourg or Colmar); how much or little walking you are willikng to do; and how much comfort you are used to :-)…

The drive to the location will vary, but all in all this is a half-day experience.

I have a few options of very photogenic ruins to be explored and used as the background of your photos.

Once at the ruins, I will give you some historical information about them and we will get started with the photo session (which should last for about one hour).
